Did you know you can remove the “Message” button on Facebook and redirect customers to your Let’s Talk page? This avoids the need to monitor messages from multiple platforms! Furthermore, by doing this you’re saving your staff time by eliminating another platform to manage. In Let’s Talk you also have the option to bulk reply and bulk close dialogues, so if you are getting the same message from multiple people, you only have to respond once.
