All users have the ability to submit a feature request, report an issue (including a screenshot), or provide general feedback from within their Let’s Talk! account. 

Click on the question mark icon in the top right corner of your account to get started.

Sharing Feedback via the Support Center

Clicking on the “Feedback” option in the support center offers three options to let us know what’s on your mind.

Submit a Feature Request

Have you been dreaming of something new you’d like Let’s Talk! To do? Tell us about it by selecting the “Request a Feature” option.

  • Describe the feature in the first textbox
  • Describe how the feature will be useful in the second textbox
  • Once finished, Click the “Submit” button

Report a Bug

Notice an issue with Let’s Talk!? Help us fix it quickly by selecting the “Report Bug” option.

  • Click the the “Include screenshot” checkbox to include an image of the issue
  • In the textbox below, include additional information about the issue you are experiencing
  • Once finished, Click the “Submit” button

Provide General Feedback

Have other feedback you’d like to share? We’re listening – click on the “General Feedback” option to share your thoughts.

  • Select the type of feedback (options include: Suggestion, Compliment, or Concern)
  • Type your comment into the textbox
  • Once finished, Click the “Submit” button

Get Help

Get the support you need, whenever you need it, by selecting the “Get Help” option. There, you will be able to select from the following options:

  • Contact our Let’s Talk! support team. They’re standing by 8:30 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET, ready to help.
  • Sign up for training. Choose from our two session types, one covering the basics for new users and the other covering tips and tricks for veteran users.
  • Visit the Learning Center. View how-to videos and articles (like this one!).
