Updates for easier, more convenient resource management
Our November Let’s Talk release is brief but packed with enhancements to improve your experience with the Resource Center. If your district hasn’t explored this valuable Let’s Talk feature yet, learn more about the Resource Center. Resource Center powers three key features designed to provide your community high-quality information with ease: our chatbot, the Let’s Talk Assistant; our generative AI dialogue reply generator; and our knowledge base.
Updates Inspired by Our Let’s Talk Community
Each of these updates reflects valuable feedback from our Let’s Talk community. Here’s what’s new:
- Resource Manager Filters: You can now filter resources in Let’s Talk to see which users are responsible for managing specific resources or sections. With this update “Article Manager” will become “Resource Managers.”
- Display Website Scan Progress: To keep you informed during website scans in the Resource Center, Let’s Talk now shows a progress bar and display messages for scans in progress or in the queue for processing.
