From Let’s Talk to Onflo

The same customer service platform you trust, now built for every part of your district.

Over a decade ago, we launched Let’s Talk to capture a simple truth: most challenges in public schools begin when someone doesn’t feel heard. Communication was the starting point—and Let’s Talk became the trusted tool for listening, responding, and building stronger relationships.

Today, the platform name is changing. But our commitment behind it isn’t. If you use Let’s Talk, there's no disruption. You’ll see the same platform you rely on, with new capabilities designed to support every department across your district.

Why the change?

Over time, district operations have demanded more. Communication became the foundation for broader needs: collaboration across departments, compatibility with existing systems, workflow automation, alerts and early warnings, telephony contact centers, AI chatbots, and even integrated asset management.

Together with district leaders, we evolved Let’s Talk into a modern, unified service platform supporting IT, HR, Facilities, Transportation, Student Services, Safety, and beyond.

But the name Let's Talk didn’t always fit. Leaders told us:

  • "It sounds like it's only for communications."
  • "People assume it’s just for family engagement."
  • “It only seems relevant to superintendents."

We listened. And as the platform evolved, the name needed to evolve too.

Meet Onflo

We drew inspiration not only from customer service workflows, but from the concept of “flow”—a highly focused mental state conducive to productivity. This concept is similar to being “in the zone” or “in the groove.”

Onflo reflects what happens when people, systems, and service come together effortlessly in our platform. The name represents:

  • Focus: freeing staff from low-value tasks so they can spend more time supporting students and families.
  • Scale: connecting every department with a clear, consistent way to address any need.
  • Service: enabling customer-centered workflows that power high-performing districts.

Because, after all, the opportunity to be highly focused and productive is only made possible when inefficient, time-consuming, and repetitive tasks aren’t your main focus.

What’s changing and when

As we transition our platform name from Let’s Talk to Onflo in the marketplace and on our website, our focus remains firmly on supporting families, staff, and students in all school districts currently using Let’s Talk.

  • No customer disruption this school year: Parents, staff, and students will continue to see and use the Let’s Talk name and logo as they always have through the 2025–26 school year.
  • For internal platform users: Starting October 10, you’ll begin to see transitional branding (Onflo, formerly Let’s Talk) inside the platform. You’ll also notice a refined experience and new capabilities to support your entire district’s operation.
  • Beyond this school year: We’ll work closely with district teams to make the full transition smooth.

At every step, our priority is making sure families and staff have a consistent, trusted experience connecting with their districts.

Built for K-12. Ready for what’s next.

District operations don’t stop at communication. Onflo helps every department manage requests, collaborate across teams, and deliver service that earns trust. Because when your operations flow, everything else just works better.

Thank you for the trust you place in us. We’re excited to continue innovating along this journey with you.
