Setting Up Landing Pages Districtwide

Colorado Springs Let's Talk! page
Your main Let's Talk landing page serves as a destination for customers who want to communicate or provide feedback to your district. Usually embedded behind a "Contact Us" call to action, the landing page is broken out into categories and topics to make it easy for your customers to find exactly what they are looking for. Customized landing pages may be created for an entire district, for a specific region or school, or even for a specific event or topic. Each landing page can have its own customized welcome message, topics, colors, and more. It is encouraged that districts have at least one landing page, housed behind "Contact Us" on their website.

Additionally, did you know that you can create create a topic button to redirect to another Let's Talk landing page or an external website? To learn how to do this, click here.
Colorado Springs School District 11 uses this feature for their enrollment process, where clicking the enrollment tab on their Let's Talk! page directs the user to the district enrollment landing page.  The goal is for the customer to try to find the answer before they submit their question. If they can't find what they are looking for, they can submit an enrollment specific question through the tab on the enrollment webpage.

Colorado Springs does a great job of utilizing custom topics to get their customers to the right place before a dialogue is submitted!
