Before using Let’s Talk!, York County School Division in Virginia used a group email address called AskYCSD, which the division used for collecting questions and concerns from stakeholders. As the inbox quickly filled up with messages, YCSD realized it needed a tool to help streamline communication inquiries. YCSD teamed up with K12 Insight to create a more efficient process. Now, YCSD enjoys an automated process available through Let’s Talk! which replaced their group email address with a streamlined communication system routing messages to the right people. Check out York County School Division’s Let’s Talk! page, which is connected to the AskYCSD email.
