Kent ISD’s custom Student Success Story form is a creative way to put a spotlight on students and motivate them to continue growing in their academic careers. The district’s ‘Your Dream is Our Dream‘ initiative aims to highlight student stories and educators that help their students achieve their dreams and goals. With the custom Let’s Talk! form, the submission process for the initiative is effective and organized. On the form, users fill out their own personal information followed by the student’s information, including their grade, district, building/programs, and as seen in the photo above, their success story.
