The Dignity for All Students Acts, or DASA — which seeks to provide students with a safe and supportive environment free from discrimination, intimidation, taunting, harassment, and bullying on school property, a school bus and/or at a school function — is being taken very seriously in New York’s Babylon Union Free School District. They use Let’s Talk! to accept reports of bullying or harassment in their schools. The Let’s Talk! report is the first step in a 6-stage process to uncover the truth about incidents, and hopefully lead to justice for the victims. Check out more information about how BUFSD uses Let’s Talk! to keep their students safe.
