Isle of Wight County Schools sent out a gratitude campaign to employees focusing on giving and kindness through the holiday season. The campaign included a digital form that helped employees show appreciation for their coworkers. By submitting a message of thanks via the Let’s Talk button or link in the email, staff could ensure their kind message would be delivered before winter break. Within one hour, the initiative received 25 dialogues!
