The School District of Osceola County wanted to shine a spotlight on its employees during the school year to boost morale and offer notes of encouragement. Beginning in the 2018-2019 school year, this district implemented a Let’s Talk! campaign called Share Your Great. This custom form is placed front and center on the website with it's own dedicated page, making it easy for students, staff, and parents to share inspiring stories about their favorite district employees year round. At the end of each school year, the district hosts a red carpet celebration using the Let’s Talk! nomination forms as awards. To see this in action, visit The School District of Osceola County’s Share Your Great page.
