Georgetown ISD adopted Let’s Talk! in 2017 to offer its community superb customer service and transparency while reducing internal and external communication barriers. Eager to spread positivity throughout its community, Georgetown ISD implemented a Let’s Talk! campaign called Way to Go Grams, which received almost 1,000 dialogues within its first year of launching. This custom form allows stakeholders to submit affirmative messages to Georgetown ISD team members to share praise and positive feedback. In addition to using Let’s Talk! to support employee engagement and boost morale, Georgetown ISD has used the tool to build a culture of customer service. In fact, the district’s customer scores average 8.4 out of 10 and dialogues are closed within 48 hours. Visit Georgetown ISD’s Way to Go Grams page to see how this campaign works.
