Get the help you need by clicking "Support And Feedback". This will launch our Support Form which provides you with the option to access our chatbot "Chatsy" 24/7, or send an email to our Client Care Team. Our team is available Monday - Friday; 7am - 7pm.

You can stay up to date with the latest feature releases and product updates by clicking on this section and accessing our Updates page in our Learning Center. This page is updated monthly for months we have product releases.

Training Sign-Up

New to Let's Talk, or want to expand your skills? We offer monthly trainings including two New User, one Advanced User, and one System Administrator training every month. Pre-scheduled trainings are held from 12-1pm EST Tuesdays and Thursdays, and last for approximately 60 minutes. Sign up for a training today!

Learning Center

Our Learning Center offers many helpful self-serve documents to enhance your knowledge and troubleshoot issues when they arise in Let's Talk. To access the Learning Center click on the link and search for articles in the Search bar using key search words or phrases.
