We’re excited to introduce "AI Themes for Tickets" in Let’s Talk. This feature automatically classifies each ticket into preset themes, helping you quickly understand the content of each ticket.
Unlike tags, AI Themes for Tickets are standardized across all Let's Talk accounts. You can find the Ticket Theme panel on the right side of the ticket page.
When you receive a ticket, the AI Theme will be automatically applied. If a theme is toggled on and it doesn't apply to the ticket, simply toggle it off. This will help us improve the AI Themes for Tickets feature.
Our team at K12 Insight regularly monitors ticket data and updates the list of themes to ensure they remain relevant and useful. Be sure to review Ticket Themes so we can ensure our platform delivers an accurate and powerful AI experience!

AI Themes and Dashboard Overview
Ticket data is the foundation of your dashboard reports. Each time a customer submits a ticket, that information is captured and analyzed. The system categorizes these communications by theme and sentiment, allowing the dashboard to surface report patterns and trends. This continuous stream of ticket data keeps your reports up-to-date and ensures that every insight reflects the authentic voice of your community.
