FAQ: Let’s Talk Name Change
Let’s Talk is becoming Onflo. While Let’s Talk has powered much more than communication – routing requests, streamlining workflows, and driving operational improvements – the name didn’t fully capture that scope.
Onflo reflects what the platform truly delivers: a unified workflow engine that helps districts operate more efficiently and deliver responsive service across every department.
Onflo is the new name for the platform formerly known as Let’s Talk. It’s the same powerful system you already use with a clearer name, refreshed look, and growing set of capabilities designed to support Technology, Transportation, Human Resources, Student Services, Facilities, and more.
The core functionality remains the same. In addition to the product name change, we are changing our terminology for service requests from “dialogues” to “tickets” to reflect standard terminology across all departments. Your workflows, forms, data, and integrations will continue working as expected. The platform will remain the place where you can track all your inquiries. Over time, you may notice visual updates and expanded options aligned with the new brand.
No. We are the same company, independently owned and operated. This is simply a name change to better reflect the full capabilities of the platform.
No action is required at this time. We’ll handle all backend updates to reflect the new name and visuals. We’ll also provide you with updated logos, training materials, and optional communication templates to help you share the change with staff and stakeholders.
Your existing login URL will continue to work. If a new domain is introduced, you will be notified in advance and redirects will be put in place to avoid any disruption.
We recommend starting to use “Onflo” once the name change is officially announced in October. Until then, stick with Let’s Talk. We’ll provide a suggested rollout message you can share with your staff to make the transition easy and clear.
Absolutely. Nothing about your data or reporting will be affected. This is a product name and brand update, not a platform migration.
Your Client Success Manager is here to help. Reach out anytime with questions or for support during the transition. We’re excited to bring you along for this next chapter.
Beginning in October, district staff who log into the system to respond to tickets will see a full transition to the Onflo name. You can continue to use the Let’s Talk name and logo on your website tab through the end of the year. You’ll begin to see some transitional branding and language (“Onflo, formerly Let’s Talk”) on landing pages and email notifications.
We understand and appreciate the time and effort you have invested in making "Let's Talk" the place for your community to submit feedback or ask questions within your district. To ease the transition and minimize confusion for your families, staff, and community members, you have the option to continue to keep the “Let’s Talk” name and logo on your website tab through the end of the year. On your landing pages, in the chatbot, and elsewhere, we'll use transitional branding and language to ensure people know they've come to the right place (“Onflo, formerly Let's Talk”). We encourage you to do the same to help everyone become familiar with the new name. Staff who log into the platform itself will see the Onflo brand.
Yes, you can continue to use the Let’s Talk icon on your pop-out tab. We expect to retire the Let’s Talk icon in the new year, but when we do, the default state will be to show no icon at all. If you want to replace the “Contact Us” with “Let’s Talk” language, please feel free.
The icon will automatically update to “Onflo, formerly Let’s Talk” across all landing pages in October with our next release. Your existing text will remain unchanged. Any new Landing Pages you create will have new default text that focuses on what the solution offers your customers, not the brand name. We will provide advance notice before retiring the transitional branding.
No. We will continue to use this domain for the time being. We will notify all of our clients well ahead of any change that may require updated whitelisting.
Nothing will change with regards to invoicing or billing. It will still come from K12 Insight.
