Let’s Talk Assistant: Offering a sleek new look, enhanced design capabilities, and an improved user experience, the latest version of Let's Talk Assistant is your ultimate solution for efficient and engaging customer service.

Let’s Talk Landing Page Editor: All Let’s Talk users will enjoy an upgraded Landing Page Editor. This update makes it easier than ever to provide a better customer experience and increase engagement with customers. 

What's New in Let’s Talk Assistant:

  • New look and feel: The updated Let's Talk Assistant offers a fresh and modern interface, ensuring a visually appealing experience for all customers. 
  • Streamlined experience: Customers are immediately shown the chatbot experience from the beginning of an interaction instead of having to select between chatbot or submitting a dialogue — reducing friction and boosting engagement in the customer experience.
  • Seamless transition: Customers have the flexibility to switch between the chatbot and Let’s Talk dialogue form at any point, catering to their preferences and needs.
  • Greeting message: Customers are now welcomed to the chatbot on web pages with a friendly greeting pop-up.
  • Instant feedback: We've introduced the ability for customers to provide immediate feedback with a simple "thumbs up" or "thumbs down" for chatbot responses, ensuring continuous improvement.

What’s New in Let’s Talk Landing Page Editor: 

  • Updated Page Type navigation: With this update, the “Standard” Let’s Talk page format is now called “Full Page.” You’ll also see options for “Tab” and “FAB”.
  • Improved Tab and FAB design options: Empower your team with the creative freedom to design the Let’s Talk Tab and create unique Floating Action Buttons (FABs) within the Landing Page Editor. Update page width, color themes, display preferences, and more!
  • Redesigned settings panel: Enjoy a redesigned settings panel within Landing Page Editor that makes it even easier to make changes and see your vision come to life.
