Indianapolis Public Schools launched a Let’s Talk form to support their call center. The call center has a special call recorder form that brings in information from PowerSchool and can be routed to the appropriate topic (pictured above). The call center’s landing page can be found at the bottom of the district website linked under "Contact Us Here" and "Contact Us" in the "Get Involved" tab. The IPS call center used this cheat sheet for their temporary employees for the back-to-school season.
