Sometimes a simple typo in an email address is all it takes for a message to bounce. To ensure these instances don’t go overlooked, 2 things will happen when your reply to a customer is not delivered:

  1. It will be noted in the Onflo (formerly Let’s Talk) Platform within the ticket timeline.
  2. An email notification will be sent to the user who sent the reply, regardless of who owns the ticket.
