The Let’s Talk! Dashboard offers data from two different N counts (totals). The first total (N) represents the Dialogues recieved and the second is the number of CX scores received. These numbers are available on most reports. System Administrators and Global Users can review side-by-side comparisons of average Dialogue age and average feedback score for Categories, Interest Areas, and Users in the Comparsion Reports.
